Returns
Any packages that are returned to the warehouse are subject to a redelivery fee. We will NOT issue ANY REFUNDS for packages returned. If the cost of redelivery is not paid a eGift Card will be issued in the amount of the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have any concerns with or do not understand, our Terms of Use. We welcome you to contact us and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns. Feel free to contact us by email address at unlimitedlavishcollection@yahoo.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations after an order is shipped. If there is a mistake on our end we will make sure to get it right. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Orders being pickup in the Michigan area can be purchased also via Cash App, Square, and Zelle.
